While we’ve seen significant gains in Meme coins, major altcoins like Ethereum, Cardano, and Polygon (MATIC) have yet to fully join the rally.Matthew Seigel, head of digital assets at VanEck, is optimistic about a promising year for altcoins, especially Ethereum, in 2024. Seigel highlighted Ethereum's performance relative to Bitcoin, which is up 56%, while Bitcoin is up 50% since the start of the year. He expects ETH to continue this trend, especially with the upcoming block reward halving.While meme coins have already demonstrated their capabilities with soaring profits, investors may turn their attention to other altcoins, including Ethereum and Solana.
